Setting Up Rebilling - Setting up Agency Settings To Get Started: A Step-by-Step Guide
Before you start, make sure you have the following:
An UpHex account on the Growth or Unlimited plan. Rebilling is not available on the Starter plan. To upgrade, go to your Preferences within your UpHex account.
Access to the Agency Facebook, Google, and Stripe accounts you'll be using for rebilling.
Here's how to set up rebilling:
1. Connect your Ad Accounts:
Facebook:
Go to Integrations in your UpHex account.
Click Connect on the Facebook integration.
Log into your Facebook account and grant UpHex the necessary permissions.
Important: Choose the agency ad account that will be processing payments for your clients.
Click Save.
Google:
Go to Integrations in your UpHex account.
Click Connect on the Google integration.
Sign in with the Google account that owns the ad account you'll be using for rebilling.
Grant UpHex the necessary permissions.
Select the Agency Google Ads account that will be processing payments.
Click Save.
2. Connect your Stripe Account:
Go to Integrations in your UpHex account.
Click Connect on the Stripe integration.
Select the Stripe account associated with your company.
Click Connect.
3. Set your Currency:
In your UpHex account settings, choose your local currency. This is the currency your clients will be billed in.
Click Save.
That's it! You've successfully configured your UpHex account for rebilling. You're now ready to start setting up rebilling for individual clients.
