UpHex Customer Support Options

  1. Live Chat - Start a live chat through your UpHex account. Our chat widget it located on the bottom left corner in your UpHex account. Live chat support is available every day from 9am - 6pm CST

  2. Email - Email our support team directly at support@uphex.com.

  3. Book A Support Call - Book a call with our support team through our chat widget. You can find our chat widget in your UpHex account located on the bottom left corner. One on one support calls are available M-F from 10:00-2:30 CST.

  4. Book An Onboarding Call - UpHex offers group onboarding calls everyday to get your account up and running. These calls are available Monday - Friday at 9:00am CST, 12:00pm CST and 3:00pm CST. You can sign up for an onboarding call by clicking on the chat widget on the bottom left corner of your screen in your UpHex account. There you'll see "Join Onboarding Call". Select the time that works for you and book. Don't see a time that works for you? No problem! Send a request to our support team for a recording from a previous onboarding call.

  5. Facebook Group - Join our UpHex Community! The owners of UpHex as well as our UpHex community members collaborate and help answer questions regularly here. Join the group by going to this link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/uphex

  6. Go To One of Our Many FREE Daily "Ask Me Anything" style classes - From getting help with running an agency, getting more clients, optimizing or creating Facebook or Google ads, or running agency operations, we have a class for you! Come with your questions and our team of experts will do their best to help. Check out our daily class list HERE for the one that suits your needs.

How To Access The Live Chat OR How To Book A Support Call:

Our live chat and one on one support calls are accessed through our chat widget. Live chat support is available every day from 9am - 6pm CST and one on one support calls are available M-F from 10:00-2:30 CST.

To access your support options, select the blue circle at the bottom left screen in your UpHex account. From here you can choose to either open a support ticket or book a support call.

Open The Chat Widget:

Select either "Contact Support" to start a chat, or "Book a Support Call" to book a call with our team:


How To Book an Onboarding Call

Our onboarding calls are help daily, Monday - Friday at 9am, 12pm and 3pm CST. Simply open up the chat widget in your UpHex account on the bottom left corner and select "Join Onboarding Call". From there you'll be able to select your desired time.

Can't make the onboarding call? Not a problem! Send a request to our support team through the chat widget or by email, for a recording from one of our previous onboarding calls.
