If you're having trouble importing your Facebook Ad account in UpHex, don't worry! There could be a simple solution to the issue. One possible cause of this problem is a setting preference that's preventing UpHex from accessing your Facebook Ad account. In this case, you'll need to check your Facebook settings and make sure that the Ads Launcher integration has access to all your pages.

To check your Facebook settings, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "View and Edit".

  2. Look for the Ads Launcher integration and make sure it has access to all your pages and ad accounts.

If the Ads Launcher integration does not have access to all your pages, you may need to grant it permission. To do this, click on the "Edit" button next to the Ads Launcher integration and follow the prompts to grant it access to all your pages.
