UpHex provides highly accurate metrics that are pulled directly from Facebook every 15 minutes. The metrics offered in UpHex include Link Click Through Rate (CTR), CPM, Clicks, Results (which includes any conversion events reported to Facebook), and Conversion Rate.
It's important to note that the Link CTR metric only measures clicks on the ad's text, media, or call-to-action that link to specified destinations or experiences, as specified by the advertiser. This metric excludes clicks on content or links in the comments section of a post.
Go Highlevel (GHL) may show different metrics, such as CTR (All), which can inflate the numbers. CTR (All) counts all clicks on an ad, including those on the text, media, or call-to-action, as well as content or links in the comments section of a post.
