UpHex pulls your ad metrics directly from Facebook every 15 minutes, so the numbers you see are very accurate and up to date.

Inside UpHex, you’ll see metrics like:

  • Link CTR (Click-Through Rate)

  • CPM (Cost Per 1,000 Impressions)

  • Clicks

  • Results (any conversion event Facebook reports)

  • Conversion Rate

🎯 What Link CTR Really Measures

Link CTR in UpHex counts only the clicks that go to your intended destination, such as:

  • Clicking the ad image

  • Clicking the ad text

  • Clicking the call-to-action button

πŸ‘‰ It does NOT count clicks on comments or anything in the comment section.

This gives you a clean, accurate picture of how many people actually clicked with intent.

❗ What to Do If Your Metrics Don’t Match

A very common reason metrics don’t match is misaligned date ranges.

Before reaching out to support:

βœ… Check Your Date Range in UpHex and FB to make sure they match

If the two date ranges do not match exactly, your numbers will not line up.

This is the #1 cause of reporting confusion and is easy to miss.

If your date ranges match and the metrics still seem incorrect, our team is happy to take a look.
