If you decide to delete a client from UpHex, their ads will still be present in their Facebook account unless you take the time to delete the campaigns first. To delete a campaign, follow these steps:
Go to https://app.uphex.com/clients/ and find the client you wish to delete the campaigns from.
Click the blue dashboard button.
You will then see a list of all the campaigns they are running.
On the far right hand side there is a circle with an X in it.
Click that button and it will delete the campaign from Facebook.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your clients' ads are removed from their Facebook account when you delete them from UpHex.
