When a client cancels their subscription, you may want to remove the ads your agency created so they can’t reuse your work. Deleting ads inside UpHex doesn’t just hide them—it permanently removes them from your client's Facebook Ad Account.

Follow the steps below to ensure your ads are fully deleted before removing the client from UpHex.

🚨 Important: Delete Ads Before Deleting the Client

If you delete the client first, their ads will remain in Facebook.
Always remove the ads first to protect your agency’s creative work.

🔐 Why Delete the Ads?

  • Protect agency-created ad copy and creative

  • Prevent ex-clients from running your ads after cancellation

  • Maintain control over your intellectual property

🛠 Step-by-Step: Delete a Client’s Ads Using UpHex

1️⃣ Open the Client Dashboard

  • Log in to your UpHex account

  • Click Dashboard from the left-hand menu

  • Select the client you want to manage

2️⃣ View the Client’s Active Campaigns

  • You’ll now see all ads and campaigns that were launched through UpHex.

3️⃣ Delete the Ads Permanently

  • Look to the far right of each campaign

  • Click the circle with an “X” icon

  • Confirm the deletion

💡 This action deletes the ads from Facebook entirely—they will no longer appear in the Facebook Ad Library or in the client’s ad account.

✅ Final Cleanup (Optional)

Once all ads are deleted, you can safely remove the client from UpHex without leaving any campaigns behind.
