Anytime you launch ads through UpHex, all your clients’ ad metrics automatically appear here — saving you tons of time and clicks.

Instead of jumping into each client’s Facebook or Google Ad Account, you can see every ad’s performance side by side inside UpHex.

👥 View All Client Ads in One Place

Anytime you launch an ad, all of your client’s names appears in the list.

Click the arrow next to a client’s name to see how many ads they’re currently running.

Click the arrow next to an ad name to view all images or videos attached to that ad.

  • This is especially helpful if you’re A/B testing multiple creatives — you can quickly compare which versions are performing best.

⏱️ Choose Your Time Window

At the top of the Client Metrics tab, you can filter the time window for your data.

  • By default, UpHex shows you the past 7 days of ad performance.

  • You can easily adjust the date range to view any time frame you need — whether that’s the last 30 days, this month, or a custom range.

This helps you track performance trends and compare results over time.

✏️ Edit Ads Directly Inside UpHex

Stay out of ads manager! You don’t have to leave UpHex to make changes to active ads.

  • Click the drop-down arrow next to your client’s name.

  • Select the ad name you want to edit.

  • A pop-out window will appear where you can update the ad details.

When you publish the changes, they’ll go live immediately on Facebook

NOTE: Anytime you make a change to FB ad, whether in FB or UpHex, FB will still need to approve any changes you make.

📈 Customize Your Metrics View

Want to focus on the numbers that matter most to you?

  • Click the Columns button to choose which metrics you want to show or hide.

  • You can drag and rearrange columns to organize your dashboard however you like.

This helps you build a view that highlights what’s most important for your clients.

🔄 Refresh Campaigns

If an ad seems to slow down over time, you can refresh the campaign to get it working again.

  • Click the Refresh Campaign button.

  • This sends a small targeting tweak (like expanding the age range by a year or location by a mile).

Refreshing puts your ad back into Facebook’s learning mode, helping fight algorithm fatigue and giving your ad performance a boost.

Give it a few days to see improvements.

👁️ Preview Ads on Facebook

You can preview any ad directly on Facebook to see how it appears in the feed.

  • Click Preview on Facebook and it will open the live ad view.

  • From there, you can copy the URL if you want to share it with your client.

📴 Turn Ads or Creatives On/Off

You have full control right from the Client Metrics tab.

  • Turn entire ads on or off.

  • Or, turn off specific images or videos that aren’t performing well.

This keeps your ad spend focused on what’s actually driving results.

🧭 See Ads Not Launched Through UpHex

UpHex doesn’t just show ads you launched through the platform — it also pulls in ads created outside of UpHex.

  • This means you can still track and view all ad metrics in one place, even for older campaigns.

  • For example, if you had clients before setting up your UpHex account, you can still see their performance data once they’re added as clients in UpHex.

This ensures nothing falls through the cracks, and you always have a complete view of your clients’ results.

💡 Why It Matters

The Client Metrics tab makes managing ads faster, easier, and more efficient.

  • All your clients’ data is in one place.

  • You can edit, monitor, and optimize without leaving UpHex.

  • You save time — and make smarter decisions.
