🏠 Dashboard Overview
Your Dashboard is the central hub for managing all of your clients in UpHex. From here, you can view key metrics, check account health, and take quick actions — all in one place.
👥 Client List
The Dashboard gives you a list of all your clients, including both active and inactive ones.
You can easily:
Create clients (if using GHL do this through GHL custom menu link)
See all active clients
Check on active campaigns for each client
View important metrics like ad spend and cost per lead
If you have a lot of clients, use the Search Client bar to find one quickly.
You can also use the Filter option to sort clients by:
Active
Paused
Canceled
📊 Key Metrics
At the top of your Dashboard, you’ll see quick stats that give you a snapshot of your business performance.
These include:
Total Clients
Total Results
Total Ad Spend
Average Cost per Lead
These numbers help you track overall performance without digging into individual accounts.

🚨 Account Health & Issues
If there are any account connection problems, you’ll see alerts directly on your Dashboard.
These might include:
Disconnected HighLevel (GHL) platforms
Facebook account issues
Other integration or access problems
These alerts make it easy to fix issues before they impact your campaigns.
💳 Rebilling Section
There’s also a Rebilling Section that shows which of your clients are set up with rebilling.
This helps you keep track of who’s paying for what and avoid billing surprises.
🌐 All Clients Tab
Use the All Clients tab to see every client in your account — not just the active ones.
This makes it easy to manage client history or re-engage old accounts.
🚀 Launching a Campaign
You can launch a campaign directly from the Dashboard.
Just find the client you want, click their name, and start building your campaign — no need to navigate anywhere else.
