This guide will walk you through setting up your UpHex account and connecting your agency assets.
Step 1: Connect Your Agency Assets
Go to the "Integrations" section in your UpHex account settings.
Click on the Facebook icon.
Log in to your personal Facebook account that has access to your agency's ads account.
Choose "opt-in to all current and future businesses" to grant UpHex the necessary permissions.
Click "Continue."
Repeat the opt-in process for "current and future pages."
Click "Continue" and then "Save" to grant UpHex access to Ads Launcher.
If you have the option to select an agency ad account, choose the appropriate account and click "Save." If this option is not available, you can skip this step.
Step 2: Connect Your Google Account
Click on the Google icon in the Integrations section.
Select the Google account that has ownership or admin access to your agency's Google Ads account.
Click "Continue."
Review the permissions requested by UpHex and click "Allow."
If you have the option to select your agency ad account, choose the appropriate account and click "Save." If this option is not available, you can skip this step.
Step 3: Connect Your GoHighLevel Account (Optional)
If you use GoHighLevel, click on the GoHighLevel icon in the Integrations section.
Important: Select the account under your agency title to grant access to all sub-accounts.
Check the box to allow access to all sub-accounts.
Check the box to automatically enable this connection for any new sub-accounts you create in the future.
Click "Proceed."
